La Perla de la Bahia is located on a beautiful stretch of coast on the Costa del Sol, right on the beach of Casares-Costa, in walking distance of restaurants & amenities, just 10 minutes from Estepona and Sotogrande. The apartment is on the first floor, overlooking the Tropical garden, the beautiful swimming pool, an old Moorish watchtower and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is very luxuriously furnished, has a cosy living room with a large twin sofa-bed and fire place, an open kitchen, beautiful new bathrooms, marble floors, spacious rooms with luxury beds and a large covered terrace, great for dining, lounging and Parking.

The complex is small-scaled, quiet, with 24-hour security and electronic gates. There is private access to the beach and the 3 fantastic restaurants located next to the complex.
