Breakfast on your private terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Spotting ships in the marina, a delicious lunch on numerous terraces or indulging in serenity with your feet in the sand?
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Estepona and the wonderful Puerto Alto apartment! The apartment is fully equipped and spacious enough for six people. The balcony offers stunning views of the sea and the harbor. The beautifully maintained garden features a lovely swimming pool, which was still perfect in early October. Across the street is a good supermarket. The old town is also within walking distance, as is the beach with its numerous restaurants and beach clubs with comfortable sunbeds. Communication with Ineke was also excellent and efficient. We will definitely be back.
Carefree enjoyment! Here in this wonderful apartment in Estepona, you can truly enjoy a carefree stay! The apartment is very clean, comfortably furnished, has a large and inviting roof terrace with beautiful views over Estepona harbor, and is close to beaches, a beautiful promenade, and the old town is also within easy walking distance. Everything you need is there, from a beach ball and parasol to comfortable sunbeds on the roof terrace. The swimming pools are beautiful with a lovely garden and lots of grass, and you never have to rush for a sunbed. We were a bit nervous about renting a house for the first time instead of a hotel, but the contact with the landlord was very pleasant and everything was very well organized. At the house, we received a very warm welcome from the hostess, and we were able to park our car in the parking garage. Estepona is still authentic, not a promenade full of tourist shops with knick-knacks, but a lot of fun and a world of delicious restaurants and ice cream parlors within walking distance. Highly recommended!
For the second time we stayed in this lovely apartment, which really felt like “Home Sweet Home” to us upon arrival. Unfortunately, our stay started with a broken refrigerator. Hostess Rosa responded quickly and involved, but after a while we initially got the feeling that there was a communication misunderstanding: the owner did not seem to be aware of the problem. Due to Easter, when every company was closed and a nationwide intensive power failure, the delivery of a new refrigerator was delayed, which meant that we had to improvise for a week with a cool box and daily shopping – a bit like camping. Force majeure, for which we understand. Fortunately, after a message to owner Imagine Spain Ineke Ballering, a temporary refrigerator was eventually installed quickly. Despite these setbacks, we greatly appreciate your efforts and will gladly return next year. Wonderful location and I recommend it to everyone! Greetings and see you next year. Charlotte Schoone
Very good website and organization. Fantastic apartment. Top location, attractive decor and everything available, clean, good reception. We were also able to play a lot of golf on many different golf courses. This is highly recommended for anyone who wants a top holiday in Estepona.
The bedrooms
Each bedroom has 2 x 1-person Auping beds of 90 X 210 cm. In two bedrooms the beds can be placed separately, in the master bedroom the bed is a fixed twin. The comfortable beds have silky linens. The bathrooms
The apartment has two luxurious full bathrooms (one ensuite) and for each guest a set of nice luxury towels. The kitchen
The stylish kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The living room
The living room has a dining area, two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a 50 inch flat screen TV with Dutch & International channels and WI-FI. The terrace
A sunny, 26 sqm south facing terrace gives a nice view of the marina and the sea and includes a deluxe garden set with 6 chairs including cushions, 2 sun beds and stylish tiled benches around the entire patio.

The house has a luxury air-conditioning and heating system which is individually adjustable in the living room and all bedrooms. Furthermore, it features a Miele washer and dryer and an advanced alarm system. The attractive complex in which the apartment is located has an elevator and is situated in a lovely quiet urbanization with 2 swimming pools with sun beds. There are parking opportunities around the complex and all is within walking distance of the marina, the beach and the old town. We have recently returned from 3-weeks in Estepona, staying in this beautiful apartment. The booking of the apartment and the communications with Ineke before arrival were really excellent and when we arrived very late on a Sunday and received a lovely warm welcome. The apartment itself was immaculate, 3 excellent sized bedrooms and a very spacious dining area and lounge with a very well appointed kitchen. The terrace faced the sea with a good view to the Marina with sun most of the day – a great place for breakfast! The pool is a short walk from the front door with loads of sun-beds. It did not get too crowded at any time, even in August. The air conditioning was excellent (important for us Brits) and the wifi fast (important for the teenagers). The Marina was a short walk with load of restaurants and a 5-10 minute walk from both beaches. Absolutely nothing to fault with this apartment, and it comes highly recommended.

We have just returned after staying in this excellent apartment for 11 nights. The apartment was 1st class, spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was excellent and the sun terrace for me was unbeatable, getting the sun for most of the day. We have been going to Estepona for about 12 years now and this apartment is the best we’ve stayed in for pure quality. The booking of the apartment and dealing with Ineke was a pleasure. I will be contacting Ineke in the next few days to inquire about this apartment for next year. So yes i would definitely recommend this apartment.

For anden gang har vi valgt denne dejligt beliggende lejlighed i Estepona til vores 4 ugers ophold. Vi var ikke i tvivl om, at vi skulle bo her en gang til. Igen en god velkomst af Rosa og en flaske champagne. Lejligheden har et personligt præg, rummelig, ren, dejlig stort terrasse med udsigt over havet og til havnen. Beliggenheden god i forhold til strand, by, dagligvarebutikker og restauranter. Skal vi Estepona igen bliver denne lejlighed 1. valg.

Net terug van tien dagen in dit appartement in Estepona. Wat een heerlijk appartement! Schoon en zonnig en een fantastisch uitzicht. Nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Onze tienerdochters genoten ook. Het zwembad was prima van temperatuur. En we vonden de tuinen van het complex ook erg mooi en groen.
Ligging ten opzichte van haven en oude centrum is prima. Elke ochtend haalden we heerlijke verse broodjes bij de supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat.

We have had the perfect holiday staying in Puerto Alto. Everything about this property was fantastic, it really was like a home from home. Inside it is exceptionally well maintained and has everything you would require and more. The complex and gardens are beautifully maintained and the swimming pools are beautiful, not overcrowded and very relaxing. Ineke is a super host and goes above and beyond to ensure your holiday booking goes smoothly and your stay is memorable. Looking forward to returning again next year, and for many years to come 💛☀️💛

After a few years of trying to travel, we finally got to our ‘home from home’. The apartment has always been beautiful and in amazing condition, we love it. The amenities allow you to really feel at home and with the pool a few steps from the door you can relax immediately.
The Marina is a few minutes walk from the apartment offering a great array of food and drink with the Old Town only a short walk.
We mixed the use of the 2 beaches within a short walk ….
We cannot wait to go back!!!

Just back from a fantastic golfing break in sunny Estepona. We only decided to go a few days beforehand and booked this amazing apartment at the very last minute.
Ineke couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. She arranged a late arrival for us and Rosa met us at the apartment just before midnight.
Everything about this apartment is 5 star. It’s spotlessly clean, a brilliant size and the balcony, with view of the harbour, was incredible.
The location is perfect…a couple of minutes walk to a supermarket and lots of lively bars and restaurants.
If you’re looking for a lovely, well priced apartment in Estepona…look no further!

Outstanding apartment just a couple of minutes from the marina and about a 25 min walk from the old town. Excellent on-street parking. Apartment is beautifully appointed and feels like a home rather than a holiday let. Small touches like providing dishwasher tabs, books to read, huge number of TV channels, welcome bottle of fizz, water etc etc, all made our experience much more welcoming after a long day’s travel. I’d recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Had a lovely week in this beautiful apartment at the end of august. Three good sized bedrooms and a spacious lounge and kitchen, and a wonderful big balcony where we had breakfast every day. There is a supermarket directly opposite which was very useful. We particularly liked the well stocked kitchen – foil, clingfilm, kitchen roll, tea towels etc, and plenty of china and cutlery. I’ve stayed in many places that don’t have any of the basics and its not very convenient! The location is great – just up from the harbour. Its definitely a good idea to go into the old town and explore the many great restaurants and small streets – its very pretty. The 2 outdoor pools were great and never crowded. Highly recommend

We zijn deze week 5 dagen op vakantie geweest met 5 vrouwen in het appartement Puerto Alto Haven in Estepona. Toen we aankwamen was de lokale Spaanse manager van Ineke, Rosa, al aanwezig om ons de sleutel van het appartement te overhandigen. Alles werd goed uitgelegd en we konden direct van onze vakantie genieten. Het appartement was voorzien van alle gemakken en ook de Cava en Rosé stonden al koud in de koelkast. Wat betreft het appartement kunnen we alleen maar positief zijn en het heeft aan al onze verwachtingen voldaan. Iedere morgen hebben heerlijk ontbeten vanaf het dakterras in het zonnetje en genieten van een heerlijke vakantie.
Al met al kunnen we dit appartement ten zeerste aanbevelen wat tevens in een mooie omgeving van Estepona ligt.

We’ve just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday staying in Puerto Alto. We had a wonderful comfortable stay, the luxury apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and well looked after. The location was great for visiting the marina and the old town a short walk along the promenade. The pool, close to the apartment was a lovely place to relax.

Zorgeloos genieten! Hier in het heerlijke appartement in Estepona is het werkelijk zorgeloos genieten! Het appartement ziet er zeer schoon uit, is gezellig ingericht, heeft een groot en gezellig dakterras met mooi uitzicht over de haven van Estepona en ligt dichtbij stranden, prachtige boulevard en het oude centrum is ook prima te wandelen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, van strandballetje en parasol tot lekkere ligbedjes op het dakterras.
De zwembaden zijn prachtig met een fijne tuin en veel gras en nooit rennen voor een ligbedje.
Wij vonden het even spannend om voor het eerst een huis te huren ipv hotel, maar het contact met Ineke was heel prettig en alles is super goed geregeld. Bij het huis zeer prettig ontvangen door de gastvrouw en de auto konden we in de parkeergarage kwijt.
Estepona is nog authentiek, geen boulevard vol toeristenshops met prullaria, maar wel een boel gezelligheid en de wereld aan heerlijke restaurants en ijssalons op loopafstand.
Een echte aanrader wat ons betreft!

Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, van strandballetje en parasol tot lekkere ligbedjes op het dakterras.
De zwembaden zijn prachtig met een fijne tuin en veel gras en nooit rennen voor een ligbedje.
Wij vonden het even spannend om voor het eerst een huis te huren ipv hotel, maar het contact met Ineke was heel prettig en alles is super goed geregeld. Bij het huis zeer prettig ontvangen door de gastvrouw en de auto konden we in de parkeergarage kwijt.
Estepona is nog authentiek, geen boulevard vol toeristenshops met prullaria, maar wel een boel gezelligheid en de wereld aan heerlijke restaurants en ijssalons op loopafstand.
