We have recently returned from 3-weeks in Estepona, staying in this beautiful apartment. The booking of the apartment and the communications with Ineke before arrival were really excellent and when we arrived very late on a Sunday and received a lovely warm welcome. The apartment itself was immaculate, 3 excellent sized bedrooms and a very spacious dining area and lounge with a very well appointed kitchen. The terrace faced the sea with a good view to the Marina with sun most of the day – a great place for breakfast! The pool is a short walk from the front door with loads of sun-beds. It did not get too crowded at any time, even in August. The air conditioning was excellent (important for us Brits) and the wifi fast (important for the teenagers). The Marina was a short walk with load of restaurants and a 5-10 minute walk from both beaches. Absolutely nothing to fault with this apartment, and it comes highly recommended.
Loved the apartment could not say one negative thing about it all we expected and more.
We have just returned after staying in this excellent apartment for 11 nights. The apartment was 1st class, spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was excellent and the sun terrace for me was unbeatable, getting the sun for most of the day. We have been going to Estepona for about 12 years now and this apartment is the best we’ve stayed in for pure quality. The booking of the apartment and dealing with Ineke was a pleasure. I will be contacting Ineke in the next few days to inquire about this apartment for next year. So yes i would definitely recommend this apartment.
This is a 5 star property couldn’t fault it anyway 5min walk to the harbour where there is plenty of bars and restaurants for everyone would definitely recommend to family and friends so thanks Ineke Ballering for renting it to us also I’d like to give a special thank you to Rosa Lenero (the hostess) who on the last day got out of bed to open up the apartment for us as one of the group had left his rucksack
Had a wonderful time in Puerto Alto/Imagine Spain, our third visit. Comfortable and well furnished, close to the harbour with great local restaurants. Hope to revisit soon.
For anden gang har vi valgt denne dejligt beliggende lejlighed i Estepona til vores 4 ugers ophold. Vi var ikke i tvivl om, at vi skulle bo her en gang til. Igen en god velkomst af Rosa og en flaske champagne. Lejligheden har et personligt præg, rummelig, ren, dejlig stort terrasse med udsigt over havet og til havnen. Beliggenheden god i forhold til strand, by, dagligvarebutikker og restauranter. Skal vi Estepona igen bliver denne lejlighed 1. valg.
Net terug van tien dagen in dit appartement in Estepona. Wat een heerlijk appartement! Schoon en zonnig en een fantastisch uitzicht. Nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Onze tienerdochters genoten ook. Het zwembad was prima van temperatuur. En we vonden de tuinen van het complex ook erg mooi en groen.
Ligging ten opzichte van haven en oude centrum is prima. Elke ochtend haalden we heerlijke verse broodjes bij de supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat.
Top appartement op een top plek!
We have had the perfect holiday staying in Puerto Alto. Everything about this property was fantastic, it really was like a home from home. Inside it is exceptionally well maintained and has everything you would require and more. The complex and gardens are beautifully maintained and the swimming pools are beautiful, not overcrowded and very relaxing. Ineke is a super host and goes above and beyond to ensure your holiday booking goes smoothly and your stay is memorable. Looking forward to returning again next year, and for many years to come 💛☀️💛
After a few years of trying to travel, we finally got to our ‘home from home’. The apartment has always been beautiful and in amazing condition, we love it. The amenities allow you to really feel at home and with the pool a few steps from the door you can relax immediately.
The Marina is a few minutes walk from the apartment offering a great array of food and drink with the Old Town only a short walk.
We mixed the use of the 2 beaches within a short walk ….
We cannot wait to go back!!!
Just back from a fantastic golfing break in sunny Estepona. We only decided to go a few days beforehand and booked this amazing apartment at the very last minute.
Ineke couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. She arranged a late arrival for us and Rosa met us at the apartment just before midnight.
Everything about this apartment is 5 star. It’s spotlessly clean, a brilliant size and the balcony, with view of the harbour, was incredible.
The location is perfect…a couple of minutes walk to a supermarket and lots of lively bars and restaurants.
If you’re looking for a lovely, well priced apartment in Estepona…look no further!

Outstanding apartment just a couple of minutes from the marina and about a 25 min walk from the old town. Excellent on-street parking. Apartment is beautifully appointed and feels like a home rather than a holiday let. Small touches like providing dishwasher tabs, books to read, huge number of TV channels, welcome bottle of fizz, water etc etc, all made our experience much more welcoming after a long day’s travel. I’d recommend this apartment without hesitation.
Wij verbleven in puerto alto 6 persoons. Ineke maakt alles waar een fijn en mooi appartement. Niets gelogen alles klopt.wij komen zeker terug.

Genoten met ons gezin van dit heerlijke appartement. Zeer ruim en met een fantastisch groot terras (inclusief ligbedden) dat uitkijkt op de haven. Perfecte locatie met strand, restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand.

Had a lovely week in this beautiful apartment at the end of august. Three good sized bedrooms and a spacious lounge and kitchen, and a wonderful big balcony where we had breakfast every day. There is a supermarket directly opposite which was very useful. We particularly liked the well stocked kitchen – foil, clingfilm, kitchen roll, tea towels etc, and plenty of china and cutlery. I’ve stayed in many places that don’t have any of the basics and its not very convenient! The location is great – just up from the harbour. Its definitely a good idea to go into the old town and explore the many great restaurants and small streets – its very pretty. The 2 outdoor pools were great and never crowded. Highly recommend

Het appartement is echt een 5-sterren locatie met alle comfort die je maar wensen kan. De enthousiaste eigenaresse Ineke had alles heel super en snel voor ons geregeld tot en met de transfer van en naar de luchthaven. Het overzicht met de aanbevolen restaurants en uitstapjes zijn echt een welkome meerwaarde. We hebben met al deze tips een fantastische week gehad.
