Both bedrooms have a luxurious double bed. When your company counts more than 4 people you can use the super comfortable Italian made wall-bed in the living room, suitable for 2 people.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a large shower, toilet and for each guest a set of beautiful luxury towels.

We were the first renters of Darya penthouse + 5th floor in August 2021. The apartments were both brand-new and very luxurious. Ineke offered us both apartments for a special introduction price so that we could enjoy a holiday together with our son and daughter, their partners and our grandchild. The apartments are very nice decorated and complete. Many times we were all together on the 5th floor but it was also nice to have separate apartments when one of us needs some privacy. We will come back for sure! Thank you Ineke.

Prachtig appartement van alle luxe voorzien op een perfecte locatie. Bakker en supermarktje om de hoek, strand alleen de weg oversteken en de binnenstad met restaurants en terrasjes op 5 tot 10 minuten lopen. Ook de haven is makkelijk aan te lopen. We waren met 2 volwassen stellen wat prima ging. Het appartement heeft 2 badkamers , 1 grote en 1 kleine. Ook 2 slaapkamers met 1 groot bed en 1 wat kleiner bed. De keuken is echt van alle gemakken voorzien , Nespresso koffie apparaat , broodrooster, en zelfs een citruspers! We kwamen er later in de week achter dat er ook nog een kelder was waar een boodschappenkarretje en strandstoelen en zo waren voor gezamenlijk gebruik. We hebben het heerlijk gehad en komen op zeker een keer terug.

We have just come back from a stay in Darya 5. It was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and tidy, with a chic, comfortable interior. It was roomy enough for my family-husband and two teenagers. The rooftop pool provided an additional layer of luxury and was a real highlight.
Ineke was great to communicate with. She was happy to be flexible in finding a solution to meet our accommodation needs, allowing us access to one appartement then another.

We have visited Estepona on many occasions but this was our first stay in the beautiful Darya apartments. For us location to the center was important and this apartment couldn’t be in a better place, perfect for walking into town and the port. It was so nice to find a place so luxurious and central. Inside the apartment we were most pleased with everything, comfy beds, fully functioning kitchen and a beautiful terrace to sit outside on. The pool and gym facilities on the roof were also really good. Always quiet and sunbeds for use. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Estepona.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks in October and loved it. The weather was good so we spent lots of time at the fabulous pool or on the large balcony. The flat is beautiful – furnished and equipped to a high standard. The location is perfect for the old town or the port. Rosa was extremely helpful and was on hand to meet us and to deal with any issues that arose. We are looking forward to returning in January.

Een mooi appartement op een heerlijke locatie, zoals het centrum, winkels, restaurants, strand, etc. …alles binnen loopafstand. Zelf waren wij enorm gecharmeerd van het heerlijke terras waar in de avond het zonnetje op staat met zelfs een buitenkeuken, inclusief vaatwasser :). Geweldig! Ook het zwembad op de rooftop was heerlijk. Alleen jammer dat de jacuzzi in de periode dat wij er waren niet operationeel was, maar pas vanaf 1 mei t/m 30 september. Juist in deze periode wanneer het zwembadwater nog niet zo warm is, is dit een zeer welkome aanvulling.
Voorts willen wij Ineke en haar echtgenoot enorm bedanken voor hun medeleven en ondersteuning in deze voor ons gezin moeilijke periode. Dit was hartverwarmend en maakt het verschil! Dankjewel! We komen zeker nog eens terug. Liefs,

Wat een top locatie!!
Een licht, ruim en schoon appartement! Afwerking van hoog niveau, goede bedden, heerlijk beddengoed, twee uitstekende badkamers, parkeerplaats ondergronds en een geweldig groot balkon. Wij zijn een gezin met drie (bijna) volwassen dochters. Doordat het appartement midden in het stadje ligt, aan de boulevard met strand, is er voor ieder wat wils. Het strand, het dakterras met verrukkelijk infinity pool en de winkeltjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Estepona is een hele goede basis om Marbella, Malaga, Ronda of Gibraltar te bezoeken.
Het balkon heeft een mooie keuken (de keuken in het appartement zelf is ook top) en een super gezellig uitzicht op het dorp. Perfecte dagbesteding: eerst de hele dag op het dakterras aan het zwembad, eind van de dag verkassen naar het balkon in de volle zon voor een goede borrel en ‘s avonds Estepona in voor een koffietje, eten of borrel.
Al met al: als gezin van vijf een zaaaaaaaaaaaaalige plek. Echt, voor mensen die van het goede leven en de zon houden: Imagine Spain moet je hebben. Gastvrouw Ineke zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Hospitality van de bovenste plank.

Bedankt Ineke! Voor het heerlijke verblijf in jullie appartement Darya 5e verdieping. Het appartement is fantastisch, aan alle denkbare voorzieningen is gedacht! Het heeft een luxe en modern afwerkingsniveau, een ruim balkon met buiten keuken en het zwembad op het dak met zeezicht is werkelijk de kers op de taart. Wij hebben genoten!

Het strand voor de deur, het oude centrum op loopafstand en in de avond wordt de boulevard mega gezellig. Genoeg te doen voor de kids en een aantal hele leuke chirinquito’s dichtbij! Het appartement zelf is ook van alle gemakken voorzien! We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad

Het is koud,donker en nat in Nederland. Maar slechts 3 uur vliegen brengt ons naar Estapona in de zon het licht en de warmte.
Dit keer waren we minder valide door enkelbreuk van mijn man. Maar dat is geen probleem in Estapona en Darya. Alles is toegankelijk voor rolstoel of rollator.het appartement is zonder drempels de lift brengt je naar de garage of zet je midden op de boulevard.
Mij dochter ging mee en kon door de prima wifi goed werken ,en heeft een heerlijke workation gehad.
En dit alles in de luxe van Ineke’s appartementen. Dat ze een perfectionist is heb je meteen in de gaten. Alles klopt en aan alles is gedacht.
Je hoeft alleen je koffer uit te pakken en te gaan genieten.
Ik heb deze plek hoog op mijn lijstje staan en ga zeker nog vaak terugkomen!
De ellenlange wandelingen langs het strand ,de zonsopgang vanaf het dakterras ,de heerlijke restaurants ( aangeraden door Ineke),verdwalen in de gastvrije straatjes van Estapona,een koffie hier een ijsje daar, het shoppen ,happy hour in de avondzon op het terras van het appartement.
En ga zo maar door.
En dan telkens lekker “thuis komen†in een prachtig luxe appartement!

It is a cold,dark and rainy day in the Netherlands.
A plane ride of 3 hours brings us to Estepona to the light and the warmth of the sun.
My husband is walking with a walker due to an ankle fracture.
The luxury apartment is spacious and without thresholds, an elevator brings us to the garage or the beach promenade.
Estepona is no problem for a walker or wheelchair, what a relieve!
Our daughter came with us but needed to work. The WiFi is excellent and she was able to have her workation.
We walked miles on the promenade, we had fantastic lunches and diners ( recommended by Ineke) we had a beach day and a shopping day in Marbella.
We had happy hour on our terras in the evening sun.
We had morning coffee, watching the sunrise from the beach, view from the rooftop terrace.
We enjoyed the sunbathing on the loungers at the pool.
Ineke is a perfectionist and so there was nothing to want, everything was perfect.
The apartments ( we had Darya 5 and 6)are so beautiful and styled for perfection. A 5 star experience for sure.
Thank you Ineke we will be back and bring the whole family 😘

We spent 4 weeks in Darya 5th floor in February and March. The apartment is in a perfect location in the middle of Estepona, on the beach with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and fabulous walks. The apartment was spotless, extremely well-equipped and very comfortable and quiet. Ineke was easy to communicate with and Rosa was also very helpful. The parking was under the building and very convenient. We were very happy that we chose this apartment for our month-long stay. Everything was perfect. Thank you Ineke!

Wij zijn net terug van 2 weken Estepona met onze 3 kinderen in het appartement Darya 5. We missen het nu al! Wat een superplek midden op de boulevard. Leuke speeltuin en voetbalgoals voor de deur en onze favoriete chiringuito Paco op 1 minuut lopen. Het appartement is modern en fris. Het balkon heeft geen zeezicht, maar wel een leuk uitzicht over de stad en je zit er heerlijk in de middag & avondzon. Ineke en Patrick zijn heel servicegericht en deden alles om het ons naar de zin te maken. Dat is zeker gelukt. Wij komen terug!

Dit was de 3de keer voor ons in Darya, en dit keer in Darya fifth floor. Net zoals Darya penthouse, een heerlijk ruim appartement. Mooi ingericht met alle (keuken)spullen die je nodig hebt en een geweldig terras! De ligging van het appartement is ideaal, dichtbij strand en het gezellige centrum van Estepona. Het contact via email met Ineke en Rosa is altijd zeer prettig. Bedankt weer en vast tot een volgende keer!

Wat hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad in het appartement Darya 5! Het appartement is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Een nieuw, perfect gelegen accommodatie met alles wat je maar wenst. Wij verbleven er met onze twee zonen van 20 en 17. Fijn met twee badkamers en een groot balkon met een loungeset waar je een prachtig uitzicht hebt over Estepona en de bergen. Heerlijk zwembad met zeezicht waar je geen handdoekje hoeft te leggen 🙂 Het ligt pal aan de boulevard met lekkere restaurantjes. Supermarkten en een bakker voor versgebakken brood in de nabije omgeving. Werkelijk niets te verzinnen wat tegenviel. Ook prima uitvalsbasis om uitstapjes te maken. Bedankt Ineke dat jij onze vakantie onvergetelijk hebt gemaakt! Wij komen heel graag terug!

Wij zijn net terug van 2 weken in Darya 5. Het is een super mooi en fijn appartement. Ook het terras is groot met mooi uitzicht op de bergen en pas later op de dag komt de zon daar. Het inventaris in het appartement is erg ruim dwz veel borden, mokken, glazen, bestek ed. Ook de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine vonden wij erg fijn. Twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers waarvan 1 een groot bed heeft en de andere een iets kleiner bed.
Alles is te bereiken zonder auto. Supermarkt en bakker op loopafstand evenals de restaurants in de haven en in de oude stad. Strand ligt voor de deur. Rooftop zwembad was ook plezierig. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen zeker een keer terug. Ook de communicatie met Ineke verliep goed en super snel. Bedankt Ineke!

We have rented the apartment several times because it has everything a fantastic holiday apartment should include. There is everything in kitchen equipment; nothing is missing! At the same time, the apartment is decorated practically and very tastefully with many beautiful interior details. It is perfectly located in Estepona, right by the promenade, by the water, close to the old town, and with a rooftop pool, the view is outstanding. We will continue to rent this apartment and recommend it to anyone who loves luxury on their holiday.
