Usually when visiting the Costa Del Sol you’ll need a car to get you everywhere. From your holiday home to the restaurants, beach or for your sightseeing. The Darya in Estepona has no use for a car, you simply walk outside. At your doorstep you will find the beach and the boulevard filled with restaurants, with food to die for. Just a short walk to the harbour will give you a lively port, filled with fisherman boats and luxury yachts. In a stroll of less than 15 minutes, you can visit the Orchid House with their magical in house garden full of rare plants and orchids.

In the mood for some historic sightseeing? Just go out in the sun and within 10 minutes you will find yourself in the flower covered streets of the historic centre of Estepona. Here you will feel like time passed by without touching the city centre. Which is more or less true. The biggest change the city council made in the last decade was the construction of the plumbing. The typical buildings, the ambiance and the setting are still more or less the same. In the centre you will find small stores run by locals and restaurants perfect for a late lunch or early morning coffee.

Our Darya apartment is not just an apartment. In the Darya building we have two penthouses, one on the 5th floor and one on the 6th. Both of them are brand new in our assortment and we are happy to invite you and your family to these fine holiday homes. The 6th floor apartment has room for 4 persons and the 5th floor for 6 persons. With enough privacy this apartment is perfect for a holiday with your children, friends or family.

The living room is completed with 2 comfortable sofa’s & pouf, a 50 inch flat screen TV with Dutch & other international channels and WI-FI.
The terrace
A delight-full 22 sqm, west facing terrace provides you an unspoiled, clear view over the Los Reales of the Sierra Bermeja mountain while overlooking the rooftops of Estepona Centre.

The terraces on the different floors are not aligned, which you get a full & on top of the world & private feeling! The terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with Teppanyaki grill and second dishwasher, a luxurious lounge set with comfortable cushions and sunscreen

The houses contain hotel quality towels, the finest bedding and the most comfortable furniture. There is no need to leave the terrace, living room or even your bedroom. You will have the finest luxury at hand. However, we do understand if you would like to visit the surrounding area. Estepona has so much to offer and we will gladly advise and organize day trips. We can assist with renting a car or bike, a day at sea on a luxury yacht and of course a relaxing day at one of the many golf courts. Just ask away, before, during and after your holiday.
