All apartments are all located close to a beach. Puerto Alto, Darya and La perla de la Bahia are just a few minutes walk from the Beach. Alcazaba Lagoon has it’s own private artificial unique Beach.
The closest golf course is Estepona Golf (max. 5 km) . Other Quality golfing is in abundance including the famous Sotogrande, San Roque and Valderrama courses.
The maximum rental period is 3 months. If you like to rent for a longer period multiple rental-agreements are an option. Each 4 weeks a mandatory cleaning is required
Yes, we do; only in LOW SEASON we offer for 04 weeks rent 10% discount, 08 weeks rent 15% discount , 12 weeks rent 20% discount on the rental price.
